These scholarships are open to high school seniors, undergraduate, graduate, and professional certificate students studying STEM fields to include cyber and intelligence.


Donna Russell Teaching Scholarship - $5,000

* Undergraduate, graduate or credential/ licensure applicants will be judged on their technical, practical excellence in their given field and on their scholastic standings.


COL Bill Haney, USA (Ret) Memorial Scholarship - $4,000

* Applicants will be judged on their leadership through their school or outside activities.


CAPT Ken Wiecking, USN (Ret) Scholarship - $4,000

* Applicants will be judged on their continued and dedicated commitment to Volunteerism throughout their High School years.


CAPT Jim Hickerson, USN (Ret) Scholarship - $4,000

* Applicants will be judged on their character in their daily activities.


MG Rocky Triantafellu, USAF (Ret) Memorial Scholarship - $4,000

* Applicants will be judged on their achievements within Computers, Electrical Engineering or other related areas of study.


MG Eugene Renzi USA (Ret) Memorial Scholarship - $4,000

* Applicants will be judged on their professionalism in their day to day interactions at school, extracurricular activities or outside organizations.


LTG Thomas Rienzi, USA (Ret) Memorial Scholarship - $5,000

* Applicants will be judged on their practical application of technology in communications.


ADM Dick Macke, USN (Ret) Scholarship - $4,000

* Applicants will be judged on their technical and practical excellence in Hard Science - Mathematics, Engineering, Computers/Networks, Physics, Chemistry or Biology.


Bob Ventura Cyber Security and Intelligence Memorial Scholarship - $3,000

* Applicants will be judged on their technical and practical excellence in the Cyber Security and Intelligence fields.


Mel Ing Memorial Scholarship - $3,000

* Applicants for the Mel Ing Scholarship must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a Hard Sciences program and be an AFCEA Hawaii Chapter member or relation of an AFCEA Hawaii Chapter member.


This scholarship is open to students who are enrolling in a 2-year program:


Honolulu Community College/UH West Oahu Campus Scholarship - $3,000

* Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll in the Computing, Electronics and Networking Technology (CENT) program at Honolulu Community College or University of Hawaii West Oahu Campus.
