This scholarship named for Dr. Oliver M. Lee, a TTA member for 40+ years and recently Chinese secretary from 2010 to 2017. Oliver's contributions to membership and management activities were always keyed to his Chinese background in reading, writing and speaking abilities plus his knowledge of the processes of the educational system.
