This scholarship, established by the Florida Realtors Education Foundation, is open to high school seniors, incoming and current college students who are residents of Florida.

Students who are pursuing a career in Real Estate or Real Estate related fields will be given special consideration in accordance with the purposes of the Florida Realtors Education Foundation, but students in any major are welcome to apply.

Students who have a family member who is connected to the Realtors, i.e. Realtor, Realtor Association staff, association affiliate members, etc. are also eligible to apply.

Note: Applicants are not required to attend a Florida institution, but they should have an intent to return to work in Florida after graduation.
