This scholarship is available to Maryland, Delaware, and District of Columbia residents. The program being pursued must be one that will culminate in a certificate, diploma, or associate degree, but not a bachelor’s degree. (Two-year transfer programs that will eventually culminate in a four- year degree are not eligible.)
The scholarship winners will receive their award for two years. One male and one female will receive $2,000 per year for two years. Four other males and four females will receive $1,000 per year for two years.
The applicant must have graduated high school between the years 2016 and 2020.
Applications are judged on student goals, financial need, aptitude/ability, grades, and courses taken.
