  • ACLS Scholarship for Healthcare Providers
    This scholarship is for undergraduate or graduate college students currently enrolled in a “healthcare degree” program. This includes, but is not limited to, degree programs and courseware supporting the following professions: **Athletic Trainer, Cardiac Sonographer, Cardiovascular Technologist, Dental Assistant, Dentist, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Electrocardiographic Technician, Emergency Medical Technician, Exercise Scientist/Specialist, Mammographer, Medical Assistant, Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Nurse Anesthetists, Nurse Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Nursing Assistant, Paramedic, Pharmacist, Phlebotomist, Physical Therapist, Physician Assistant, Physician, Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist**
  • Apprenticeship Career Advancement Scholarship
    This scholarship is available for community college graduates who have completed an apprenticeship program and want to earn a WGU bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, teacher education, or healthcare.
  • Bright Salvageot Endowed Scholarship
    This scholarship assists students in meeting educational expenses incurred while pursuing their academic goals at Western Piedmont Community College. Preference will be given to students enrolled in programs related to **science, engineering, mathematics, healthcare and education**.
  • Dr. John J. and Doris Smerznak Scholarship
    These scholarships are awarded by the Cabarrus College scholarship committee based on a combination of criteria including financial need, instructor recommendation, merit, essay response and club and activity participation as well as program of study. The Endowed Scholarship application is emailed to all currently enrolled students on their Cabarrus College email before April 1 each year. The application must be printed, completed and returned to the financial aid office by the last day of May. Only students who have completed at least two clinical courses in their current program are eligible to apply for these scholarships each spring.
  • Fremont Health Auxiliary Scholarship
    This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who live in the **Methodist Fremont Health service area**, and who are pursuing a course of study in a **healthcare field**. Students who are the immediate relation (child, grandchild, niece or nephew or spouse of same) of individuals who serve on either the Fremont Health Foundation Board of Directors or the Methodist Fremont Health Board of Trustees are not eligible.
  • Fremont Health Foundation Impact Scholarship
    This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who live in the **Methodist Fremont Health service area**, and who are pursuing a course of study in a **healthcare field**. Students who are the immediate relation (child, grandchild, niece or nephew or spouse of same) of individuals who serve on either the Fremont Health Foundation Board of Directors or the Methodist Fremont Health Board of Trustees are not eligible.

  • Harold Rudman Scholarship
    The Harold Rudman Scholarship is for students going into agriculture or health care field.
  • Iowa Hospital Education and Research Foundation (IHERF) Scholarship
    The ultimate goal of this program is to fill Iowa health care positions that currently have a notable number of openings by offering significant financial support to students seeking health care education. In exchange for that financial support, each award recipient must commit to working one year in an Iowa hospital for each year of scholarship award.
  • Loren Nothwehr Scholarship Fund
    This scholarship is for students planning to major in **Sociology or Human Services**, or such other major as relates to the care and support of poor, homeless, abused or neglected persons. Applicants must be current year or graduating seniors or previous year graduates from a high school in **Dodge County**.
  • Michael Moody Fitness Scholarship
    The Michael Moody Fitness Scholarship is a college scholarship of $1,500 awarded to a high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student who has demonstrated outstanding achievement, participation and leadership in school activities and work experience, and interest in pursuing a career in the health and fitness related fields.
  • Robert and Phyllis Weinberg Memorial Scholarship
    This $500 scholarship will be awarded to one student graduating from **Archbishop Bergan High School** or **Fremont High School** who is pursuing a course of study in a **healthcare field**.
  • Ruth Marie Park Scholarship Fund
    The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide scholarships to non-traditional students who are currently professionals in the healthcare field and pursing advancement or, a non-traditional student who are aspiring to attain credentials for entry into the professional healthcare field. For purposes of the scholarship, a non-traditional student is defined as a person who has been out of high school for at least two years prior to applying for the scholarship.
  • South Carolina Palmetto Fellows Enhancement Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to students who are majoring in one of the following areas: **science, mathematics, computer science or informational technology, engineering, science education, math education, or healthcare**.
  • The Alexander Eastman Foundation Health Professions Scholarship Program
    The Alexander Eastman Foundation Health Professions Scholarship Program is for students pursuing post-secondary education or training in a health care field. Eligible health fields include, but are not limited to: medicine, dentistry, nursing, medical laboratory, radiology, pharmacology, rehabilitation therapy, nutrition, health care administration, or home health care.
