    American Legion Post 23 ROTC Endowment Scholarship Fund
    This scholarship is open to incoming freshmen who are interested in pursuing Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) but did not qualify for the national ROTC scholarship award.

    This scholarship is for incoming first-year students enrolled in the Military Sciences program in the School of Public Service, who plan to enroll full-time, and have financial need.
