- ACLS Scholarship for Healthcare Providers This scholarship is for undergraduate or graduate college students currently enrolled in a “healthcare degree” program. - AFCSME Family ScholarshipThis organization awards $2,000 scholarships to senior High School students wishing to attend college. This scholarship can be renewed each year during a four year degree program
- Agnes Pauline Swanson Memorial ScholarshipThis scholarship was established by graduates of the Class of 1922 of Lutheran Hospital School for Nurses to honor Ms. Swanson who passed away while enrolled in nursing school.
- Air Force ROTC Nursing Scholarship ProgramThis scholarship is for Air Force ROTC college students who are interested in the nursing field.Air Force ROTC offers the Nursing Scholarship Program on a competitive basis to undergraduate sophomores and juniors.
- Albert and Eloise Midyette Memorial ScholarshipThis scholarship shall be awarded to undergraduate students attending **Limestone College** in Gaffney, South Carolina, pursuing degrees in the fields of **religious and ministry studies, nursing and other medical academic fields**.
- Alla Family Nursing Education Scholarship This scholarship provides support to nursing students that demonstrate volunteer experience and financial need.
- AMA – Doctoral Degree Scholarship in Cancer NursingEligibility includes a nurse’s satisfactory process in a doctoral nursing program where there is cancer research focus.
- American Association of Critical Care Nurses Critical Care GrantThe Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing offers the American Association of Critical Care Nurses Critical Care Grant to encourage qualified nurses to pursue research in critical care nursing practice.
- American Association of Diabetes Educators GrantThe Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing offers the American Association of Diabetes Educators Grant to encourage qualified nurses to contribute to the enhancement and availability of quality diabetes education and care through nursing research.
- American Indian Nurse Scholarship AwardThe National Society of the Colonial Dames of America of the Honor Society of Nursing offers the American Indian Nurse Scholarship Award Program to give students of American Indian descent the opportunity to pursue careers in nursing.
- AMN/Health Care Communicators Scholarship Essay ContestThis scholarship is for high school seniors and college students currently enrolled in a San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles school district who plan to enter the field of health care upon graduation.
- Annabelle Catherine Tunnicliff Coombe Memorial Scholarship This scholarship was established in 1995 by Catherine’s daughter to recognize academic performance, future potential, and nursing career aspirations. - Apprenticeship Career Advancement ScholarshipThis scholarship is available for community college graduates who have completed an apprenticeship program and want to earn a WGU bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, teacher education, or healthcare.
- Assistance League ScholarshipThe Assistance League Scholarship was established to offer financial assistance to women pursuing programs at The Sinclair School of Nursing. Applicants must be US citizens & Mid-Missouri residents (preferably students who commute to campus from towns near the Columbia area, such as Moberly, Boonville, Fulton, Jefferson City, Mexico, etc.)
- Associate Degree Nursing ScholarshipThe Health Professions Education Foundation offers the Associate Degree Nursing Scholarship Program to encourage California students to pursue careers in nursing and to increase the number of Registered Nurses practicing in medically underserved areas of California.
- Bright Salvageot Endowed ScholarshipThis scholarship assists students in meeting educational expenses incurred while pursuing their academic goals at Western Piedmont Community College. Preference will be given to students enrolled in programs related to **science, engineering, mathematics, healthcare and education**.
- Childers/Wolff Memorial Scholarship This scholarship is for students enrolled in a Trinity College Nursing program who demonstrate financial need.
- Critical Care Training Center’s Scholarship Program Critical Care Training Center (CCTC) is honored to present its periodic Interactive Scholarship Program to all **Certified Nurse Assistant Students** throughout California. To qualify for the scholarship, students must submit a 600-word essay on the following topic: “Why do we need CNAs in the Healthcare Industry?” Five top essays will be selected according to the number of shared online community votes and will be forwarded to CCTC Board Members who will determine the final winner.
- Dean’s Scholarship This one time scholarship is awarded to the top-ranking incoming student for each academic program during their first semester at Trinity College. Students must exhibit evidence of outstanding academic achievement for either high school or college coursework.
- Dorothy Budnek Memorial ScholarshipThis scholarship provides financial assistance to an ARIN member returning to school to advance their nursing educational level. The financial assistance is in the amount of $600
- Elizabeth Irene Dale Endowed Nursing ScholarshipThis scholarship assists students in the nursing program meet educational expenses at WPCC.
- Fremont Health Auxiliary ScholarshipThis scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who live in the **Methodist Fremont Health service area**, and who are pursuing a course of study in a **healthcare field**. Students who are the immediate relation (child, grandchild, niece or nephew or spouse of same) of individuals who serve on either the Fremont Health Foundation Board of Directors or the Methodist Fremont Health Board of Trustees are not eligible.
- Fremont Health Foundation Impact ScholarshipThis scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who live in the **Methodist Fremont Health service area**, and who are pursuing a course of study in a **healthcare field**. - Grace Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Endowed ScholarshipThis scholarship assists Associate Degree Nursing students in meeting educational expenses incurred while pursuing their academic goals at Western Piedmont Community College.
- Harold Rudman ScholarshipThe Harold Rudman Scholarship is for students going into agriculture or health care field.
- Helen Kincaid Craft Endowed ScholarshipThis scholarship will assist a nursing student at WPCC in achieving his/her academic goals.
- Helpenstell Accelerated Nursing Scholarship This scholarship is for students enrolled in the BSN-A program at Trinity College.
- Iowa Hospital Education and Research Foundation (IHERF) ScholarshipThe ultimate goal of this program is to fill Iowa health care positions that currently have a notable number of openings by offering significant financial support to students seeking health care education. In exchange for that financial support, each award recipient must commit to working one year in an Iowa hospital for each year of scholarship award.
- Jan Cashion Stuenkel Endowed ScholarshipThis scholarship is for rising second year students in the **Associate in Applied Science in Nursing Program (A45120)** at Western Piedmont Community College.
- John P. Rostan, Jr. Endowed ScholarshipThis scholarship assists student(s) of the Nursing Program in meeting expenses incurred while pursuing their academic goals at WPCC.

- Kay B. Coin Nursing Student Scholarship This scholarship reflects Mrs. Coin’s volunteerism and commitment to nursing education and recognizes student academic performance, future potential, community participation and career aspirations.
- Leger Annual ScholarshipThis scholarship provides financial support to a student pursuing an Associate’s degree at Western Piedmont Community College.
- Lincoln Hospital Medical scholarshipThis scholarship is awarded to students who have graduated from a high school in Lincoln County and have been accepted into eligible medical areas of study. Preference is given to applicants who plan to return to rural healthcare, preferably Lincoln County, after they have graduated from their program.
- Marjorie Delong Memorial ScholarshipThis scholarship will be granted to one member of the current **Mexico Academy and Central Schools District** graduating class who intend to pursue a career in **nursing** services by attending a 1,2,or 4-year program leading to a nursing degree.
- Mary Ann Chou Achievement in Nursing Education ScholarshipThis scholarship provides financial support to a WPCC nursing student pursing an Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Mary Gray ScholarshipThis scholarship is for a Registered Nurse seeking advanced education that will result in advanced practice such as a clinical nurse specialist, a certified nurse midwife or as a nurse practitioner.
- M.E. Shell Endowed ScholarshipThis scholarship will be awarded to students from Burke County who are enrolled in the **Pre-Ministerial or Nursing program** at Western Piedmont Community College.
- Naomi B. Rostan Endowed ScholarshipThis scholarship assists student(s) of the Nursing Program in meeting expenses incurred while pursuing their academic goals at WPCC.
- Naomi & Oval Jaynes, Sr. Endowed Nursing ScholarshipThis scholarship will be awarded to at least three* Associate Degree Nursing students at Western Piedmont Community College.
- Nathan L. Anderson Memorial Scholarship Foundation, IncThis scholarship will be awarded to minority students (from African-American, Latino/Hispanic, and Native American populations), who are pursuing undergraduate training in Computer Science, Aviation, Nursing and Music.
- National Health Service Corps Scholarship ProgramThis scholarship is for students pursuing primary care health professions training. Applicants must work in one of these health disciplines: Physician Dentist, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwife or Physician Assistant.
- Othenia “Tina” Taylor Endowed ScholarshipThis scholarship will be awarded to students who are enrolled full-time in the Nursing Program at WPCC.
- Raymond & Arlene Poteat Endowed ScholarshipThis scholarship assists student(s) in the Engineering Technology Program or the Nursing Program in meeting expenses incurred while pursuing their academic goals at Western Piedmont Community College.
- Richard B. Hurst Endowed ScholarshipThis scholarship will be awarded to students enrolled in the Nursing Program at **Western Piedmont Community College**.
- Ruth Coffey Isenhour Endowed ScholarshipThis scholarship will be awarded to students enrolled at least half-time in the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program at the Western Piedmont Community College.
- Sandra Easterly Sweazey Endowed Nursing ScholarshipThis scholarship assists students in meeting expenses incurred while pursuing their academic goals at WPCC.

- The Alexander Eastman Foundation Health Professions Scholarship Program The Alexander Eastman Foundation Health Professions Scholarship Program is for students pursuing post-secondary education or training in a health care field. Eligible health fields include, but are not limited to: medicine, dentistry, nursing, medical laboratory, radiology, pharmacology, rehabilitation therapy, nutrition, health care administration, or home health care.
