  • 2022 Brian “Bigfoot” McKee Welder Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to students who live in Kansas City Section 016 and are pursuing certificates, associates or bachelors in welding, or welding related field.
  • 2022 Kansas Section Scholarship
    The purpose of this scholarship is to help the future generation of welders within the state of Kansas meet the goals of the workforce by providing educational opportunities to those entering college and studying the field of Welding Technology at a Kansas Institution.
  • 2022 Roland Edward “Buck” Emmert Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to students who live in Kansas City Section 016 and are pursuing certificates, associates or bachelors in welding, or related, or civil engineering.
  • Booker T. Washington Scholarship
    This $500 scholarship is for African-American students graduating from any **Saline County** high school.
  • James W. Gardner-Ozark Section Scholarship
    This scholarship is for students living in the AWS Section 136 area and are pursuing degrees or certificates in welding or welding-related programs.
  • New Theatre Guild Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to undergraduate or graduate students at the **University of Kansas, the University of Central Missouri and the University of Missouri - Kansas City**. Applicants must be pursuing education related to the **theatrical arts industry**.
  • Richard “Dick” Emmit Blaisdell – Kansas City Section Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to students who live in Kansas City Section 016, attend school in Missouri or Kansas and are pursuing welding, or related fields , or civil engineering.
